141 Reina Maria is a construction renovation project that consists of the interior remodeling, new facade and pool remodeling for an existing residence in Guaynabo. The renovation proposal seeks to achieve a modern aesthetic appearance, upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and dining room. We designed all common spaces to be ADA accessible. The main facade frames a white entrance porch that gives the house elegant and fresh design. The courtyard facade provides sun shading and access to the newly remodeled family pool. Several existing water ponding problems were solved with creative solutions. From the entrance door you can directly see the water feature cascading at the end of the pool, inviting you in. This renovated house provides an ideal space for entertaining and connects the interior and exterior in a seamless way.
