Caguas Ambulatory Surgical Center is a state-of-the-art medical facility consisting of six operating rooms, recovery areas, and administrative ofﬁces. The CASC will be the primary low-cost surgical procedure center in the region of Caguas with a construction investment of 6.9 million dollars. During the development stages, TFA provided several services such as zoning and viability, consulting services during the land acquisition stage, code compliance, permitting, and Landscape Architecture design. Our main job was to provide Owner Representation during the construction process. We were responsible for coordinating weekly site visits and meetings, reviewing and managing the budget development, and coordinating with the design and construction team.
