The Humane Society of Puerto Rico project consists of the conversion and expansion of a residential building into a new veterinary clinic and a high-volume spay and neuter center. The clinic includes a new surgery unit along with its preparation area, kennels for recovery, and a drop-off zone for the TNR program (Trap - Neuter - Release) stray cats. It includes secured storage for medication as well as a laundry facility and an autoclave to sanitize the materials. The second floor will hold the administrative offices. To comply with the current construction code, we added a new stair on the back area together with storage. The surrounding terrain is prepared to have a new vehicle entrance and thirty parking spaces.
