Lush Cosmetics is an innovative company known for high quality, organic, handmade beauty and skincare products. This retail spaces to showcases their fresh, colorful and super-fragrant products and reflect the quality that LUSH customers have come to expect. LUSH’s unique design concept features chalkboards, handmade furniture using reclaimed wood, grocer display style, and old-fashion accessories. The interactive and integrated design strategies create immersive and resonating customer journey and experience, helping to increase brand appeal and sales volume. One of the project challenges is the air conditioning design, which must comply with regulations to prevent the intense smells from going into the hallways. TFA was involved as a local consultant to Beacon Architectural Associates to complete the Mall of San Juan Store. TFA assisted in code review and coordination of plans for the design as well as permit submittal and construction visits.
