The Combined Heat & Power building is an accessory facility to the Hospital de la Concepcion, a 167-bed hospital facility located in San German, Puerto Rico. The facilities were designed as a means to reduce energy costs and increase the hospital’s resiliency. The architectural solution is a prefab modular concrete panel envelope that provides shelter to a 2.8 MW CHP.
