State-of-the-art healthcare facility addressing Puerto Rico’s inmate population needs within a safe, and secure environment. TFA provided Architectural Field Representation during the final stages of the project construction, closeout, and occupancy and under the strict guidance of the design and program management teams of Urbahn Architects in New York and Rosser International. Responsible for daily site observations focused on architectural finishes, construction contract administration, and participation of weekly construction progress meetings. Work performed in coordination with the local design consultants along with the resident engineers, and correction facility consultants.
