We approach our design based on site complexities, time constraints, and budget. We encourage active client-involvement throughout the design process to solidify design ideas according to the user’s perspectives, aspirations and needs.
At TFA, we promote an early multidisciplinary collaboration with a hand-picked team of consultants to complement our experience and allow us to create dynamic and holistic architectural solutions. This process of sharing and discussing ideas fosters innovation in design, the optimization of plans and cost effectively applying sustainability strategies. Only through such design thinking processes does research-based design concepts develop to attain a well-executed project.
Our design process is fundamental, drawing upon logic and systematic reasoning as well as imagination and intuition.
Communication
Effective communication and transparency is the key to success. For that reason, one of our main priorities at TFA is to maintain an active line of communication with the client throughout the building process. Their goals inform our work at every stage.
During the construction process, we like to foster strong working relationships between clients and contractors, drawing upon their support and knowledge, and thus, adding exceptional value and improving project delivery..
