Monteclaro is a School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts located in Barrio Palmer in the town of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The new school facilities include a confectionery teaching kitchen, a pastry teaching kitchen, classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, a lunchroom, and storage spaces surrounding an open courtyard for dining and fundraising activities. The new building aims to connect the Paloblanco & Monteclaro campuses through a  series of stairs and a pedestrian path that weaves through a lush tropical landscape that characterizes the areas surrounding the El Yunque Rainforest.
